COURSES

CAVAN SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY

Founder / Director: Jean Mackarel

B.A., (NUU) / B.D., (QUB) / M.Div., (TTS) / D.Min., (TTS) / PhD. (TTS, Indiana)

CST was set up with the following people very much in mind, along with young students:

1. Employed Adults of all ages, and

2. Unemployed Adults of all ages, and

3. Senior Citizens and those Retired, plus part-time workers.

Ages attending currently range from 18+ to middle years to senior and elderly years, the eldest being 95 years old in 2023.

CST was set up with midland Ireland and border counties uppermost in mind, where it often proves difficult to access third level studies in Theology and Church History, without having to travel long distances to the cities, or give up employment, or bear the heavy costs of third level education.

CST is a facility greatly appreciated also by those who always longed to study the Bible in depth and to gain a better understanding of Church History and Theology, but did not know where to access such studies at a level that is challenging but enjoyable, in a stress-free, exam-free environment.

CST also accepts invitations from community or church or school groups seeking courses of varying duration (e.g., one or two hours, or up to 4, 5 or 6 weeks, ) in suitably equipped venues

CST offers Studies entirely FREE of charge.
